Privacy Policy

Last updated September 15, 2026.

Nightproof is operated by Leonel Ferretis Rodríguez, an individual (not a registered company) based in Mexico.

What we collect

Account email, the answers you give during onboarding (dinner time, bedtime, symptoms), your nightly check-ins (whether you woke up burning), and basic anonymous usage data (which screens you open, which buttons you tap) tied to a random device ID, not your name.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of providers to run Nightproof. None of them can use your data for their own purposes — only to provide their service to us.

Sending data abroad

If you are outside the United States, using Nightproof means some of your data (stored with Supabase, processed by Anthropic, served by Vercel) travels to and is processed in the United States, under those providers’ own privacy and security terms.

What we never do

Your rights

You can delete your account and every piece of data tied to it at any time from Account → Delete my account — it removes your routines, night logs, and check-ins immediately. (Anonymous cost/usage records tied to your AI requests are kept for our own accounting, but stop being linked to you.) You can also email support@nightproof.cc to ask us to export or delete your data by hand.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we’ll email people with an active account before it takes effect, not just update this page silently.
