The Clear Nights Guarantee

If, within 14 days of your first real charge (after your free trial), your nights have not improved, email support@nightproof.cc for a full refund. No questions, no form. Any bonus guides you downloaded are yours to keep. (The 0-dollar charge that verifies your card when your trial starts is not a real charge — the 14 days count from your first actual payment.)

How to request

One email to support@nightproof.cc with the address on your account. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

How to cancel

Go to Account → Manage subscription to cancel with Paddle directly, anytime — no need to ask us first. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself trigger the refund above.
