Nightproof is operated by Leonel Ferretis Rodríguez, an individual (not a registered company) based in Mexico.

What Nightproof is

Nightproof organizes evidence-based lifestyle habits for nighttime reflux into a guided routine. It is a wellness tool, not a medical device, and does not diagnose or treat any condition.

AI-generated content

The “How was your day?” adjustment is generated by AI from what you type. It can be wrong or incomplete — it’s guidance, not medical advice, and you’re responsible for the decisions you make with it. You may use the adjusted routine it gives you for your own personal use.

Subscriptions

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Account → Manage subscription, or by emailing support@nightproof.cc. A free trial precedes the first charge; we email you before it ends.

Acceptable use

One account per person. Do not resell or redistribute the content. We can suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or the AI feature.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nightproof.

Limitation of liability

Nightproof is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on its AI-generated suggestions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
